Under new ownership, Celsa Steel UK has been rebranded as 7 Steel UK.
Sev.en Global Investments, owned by Czech billionaire Pavel Tyka膷, has also bought Celsa Nordic, which is now 7 Steel Nordic.
Cardiff-based Celsa Steel is the UK鈥檚 leading producer of rebar. It is also the largest recycler of scrap steel in the UK. It has an annual production capacity of 1.2 million tonnes.
