Jones Lighting Limited is a specialist independent connection provider (ICP) providing street lighting services for UK distribution network operators (DNOs) and local authorities (LAs).聽
United Living said that the acquisition strengthened its existing activities in the power market, which have been growing since it achieved National Electrical Registration Scheme (NERS) accreditation in 2024.聽
Family-owned Jones Lighting has approximately 80 employees and turned over 拢12m last year, making a profit of 拢1.8m before tax.
Jones has a long-standing and strong reputation for quality and reliability of service in delivering major projects for its clients. It is also committed to bridging the skills gap and expanding workforce capability, through an internal training programme to bring a new pool of skilled labour into the sector and support increasing requirements from DNOs.
